Join Sande Golgart inside an Expansive Life Community, a new kind of growth arena
Learn how to change the way you relate to life, circumstances and people while stepping into your full power.
The Expansive Life Community exists to help you avoid those hidden emotional costs and rebuild yourself into a man who is steady, self-regulated, and genuinely desirable.
The Expansive Life is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you were before fear taught you how to survive.

There comes a moment—sometimes quiet, sometimes disruptive—when the life that once made sense no longer feels aligned. ...more

Change is difficult.
What makes it destructive is emotional dysregulation.
Unchecked emotion leads to:
Poor decisions
Escalated conflict
Prolonged negotiations
Financial and relational damage
Loss of self-respect and presence
This community is designed to help you lower volatility, regain clarity, and move forward with calm control.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to be “ready.”
You only need the willingness to stop abandoning yourself—and move forward with clarity.
❓ What am I committing to?
You’re committing to steadiness — not pressure.
This is a month-to-month community designed to support you while you navigate divorce with clarity and self-control.
There are no contracts, no performance expectations, and no obligation to participate beyond what feels right for you.
You can engage quietly, attend live calls when helpful, or simply use the resources at your own pace.
You’re not signing up to be fixed.
You’re giving yourself structure, perspective, and a place to stabilize while you move forward.
The An Expansive Life Community was created to support men seeking to live a more Expansive Life.
Through guided discussions, shared experiences, and curated learning, members learn how to move from:
Victim energy → Personal responsibility
Judgment → Understanding
Reaction → Conscious leadership of their own life
The goal is not to “fix” anyone. The goal is to help men rediscover the strength, clarity, and freedom that already exists within them.
Membership is month-to-month, and you can cancel at any time.
There is no long-term contract required.
However, members who want to experience the full transformation typically remain in the community for 12–18 months as they move through the different stages of rebuilding after divorce.
For those who know they want to commit to the process, we also offer annual membership options at a discounted rate.
Ultimately, you should remain a member as long as you are receiving value from the community.
Yes.
Sande personally attends and facilitates the community calls.
One of the most important elements of transformation is having a safe and consistent container, and Sande is committed to holding that space personally.
Members will have the opportunity to:
Ask questions
Share their experiences
Challenge ideas
Participate in meaningful discussions
The goal is to create an environment where men can speak openly and be heard without judgment.
There are weekly each month.
The calls will be Thursday at 11 am PT and Monday at 11 am PT
Educational Call
This call explores concepts and frameworks designed to expand awareness and help members understand:
Why suffering occurs
How our minds create stories and identities
How to move from reaction to conscious choice
Members can ask questions, debate ideas, and explore new perspectives.
Integration / Sharing Call
This call provides a safe space for members to share their real experiences.
Participants can discuss:
Challenges they are facing
Emotional processing
Breakthroughs
Insights
The purpose is to support one another as men move forward in their lives.
That is completely okay.
Members are never required to share more than they feel comfortable sharing.
Many men initially prefer to simply listen and observe, and that is perfectly welcome.
Transformation often begins by hearing the experiences of others and realizing you are not alone.
Members are typically men who:
Men who want to improve the quality of how they experience life
Feel like their life has been turned upside down
Want to understand themselves more deeply
Are ready to take responsibility for their future
Want to rebuild their life with purpose
Many are successful professionals who simply never expected to face a transition like this.
No one can fix another person’s life. In this community, our aim is to help you dissolve problems, not solve them.
When your perspective changes, your choices change.
When your choices change, your life changes.
The transformation ultimately comes from within you.
Most support environments focus on coping with circumstances.
An Expansive Life focuses on transforming the way you relate to circumstances.
Rather than reinforcing victim narratives, the community helps men:
Reclaim personal agency
Develop deeper awareness
Build the next chapter of their life intentionally
The work is reflective, philosophical, and practical at the same time.
That is completely fine.
Membership is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.
There are no hard feelings. The goal is simply to provide value to those who feel the community supports them.
This community may be a good fit if:
You are ready to stop blaming circumstances
You are willing to look inward honestly
You want to rebuild your life with intention
You want to be around other men committed to growth
It may not be the right fit if you are looking for:
Legal guidance
The work here is about self-awareness, responsibility, and expansion.
